We discuss the following topics with the Consultant in charge of the recruitment exercise:

    A researcher, having the industry and function experience, will be assigned.
    He will be your contact person througout the entire search process

  • Research

    Based on the information received during our visit we will organize a systematic and confidential search in the sectors of the appropriate companies in order to find candidates recognized for their successes and fulfilling the recruitment requirements of your client

  • Reporting

    Weekly reporting on mission progress
    Only profiles meeting the client's requirements will be forwarded
    We add candidate's motivation, expertise/competencies versus requirements and his salary package
    CV's and additional information are all translated into a same format to ease comparison/analysis
